NCS PTE. LTD. is building a centralized AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) to develop enterprise-grade AI and data platforms. You will embed automation, security, and operability into the platform, provisioning and operating services in a secure, observable manner.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Open to a contractual role.
• Experience supporting shared platforms or multi-tenant environments.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Proven experience with CI/CD automation for cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm deployment patterns.
• Proficiency in observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo.
• Understanding of sidecar patterns and service-level operational practices.
• Familiarity with secure pipeline practices and policy enforcement concepts.
• Automation-first mindset with focus on security and reliability.
• Platform ownership mentality with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for platform and AI services.
• Standardize deployment and release processes across the platform.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation artifacts and templates.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Implement security controls within delivery pipelines and enforce policy compliance.
• Ensure platform services meet enterprise security standards.
• Operate and enhance platform observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo).
• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability metrics; troubleshoot proactively.
• Collaborate with Platform AI Engineers and other platform teams; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to platform adoption strategies and developer experience; manage Kubernetes deployment using Helm.
