Job summary
TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer to monitor and optimize plastics production, establish process conditions, and develop new methods for efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Degree in Polymers Sciences, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Certified with 6-Sigma Green Belt.
- Proficient in RCA, lean tools and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the existing production process with focus on problem-prone products.
- Establish processing conditions for existing equipment and improve production efficiency for plastics compounding.
- Develop new production process methods based on applications and formulations.
- Resolve production problems by integrating with Manufacturing and Technology.
- Conduct plant trials to qualify new process and scale up to production units.
- Lead projects to improve rates, setup standard formats for processes and investigate customer complaints related to process issues.
