Job summary

KAY KAY PLASTIC INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Plastic Injection Moulding Technician to join our production team. You will set up, operate, and maintain injection moulding machines to ensure smooth production flow and quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with moulding equipment, a focus on detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. English reading and communication skills are essential, and you will collaborate with the Moulding Supervisor to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic injection moulding preferred.
• Knowledge of moulding machines, tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines according to specifications.
• Monitor production process and ensure product quality meets required standards.
• Conduct regular checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machines.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of moulds and machines.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Follow workplace safety and 5S housekeeping practices.

You will be responsible for,

• 1. Setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines.
• 2. Assisting Moulding Supervisor
• 3. Have hands‑on experience with moulding machines, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth production flow.
