Job summary

MERRIES EMPLOYMENT LLP in Singapore is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on production equipment. You will troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, maintain injection moulding machines, and carry out routine inspections to reduce downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing and a safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing (≥2 years).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Injection moulding machine experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain injection moulding machines and related equipment.
• Carry out routine inspections and reduce machine downtime.
• Keep basic maintenance records.
• Support equipment improvement and other maintenance duties.
