Job summary

Nano Sun Pte.Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior operations leader to lead and manage all operational plants, ensuring quality, environmental, safety, and health standards are met across sites.

You will oversee daily plant operations, coordinate maintenance, conduct audits, support tender and bidding processes, travel to sites as required, and drive continuous improvement across QESH activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational plants in Singapore to ensure efficient operations
• Manage daily plant operations to achieve productivity and safety targets
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess operational compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability
• Manage critical and maintenance spares inventory to support uninterrupted plant operations
• Oversee QESH activities, including ISO coordination, to maintain certification and compliance
• Review and verify operational documentation and manage team schedules for smooth workflows
• Support new tender and bidding processes by providing operational insights and documentation
• Travel to various sites as required to perform operational oversight and audits
