West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Lean Management professional to deploy and execute continuous improvement across the Singapore site, driving toward the plant objectives.
This role leads cross-functional teams in cost savings, develops dashboards with Power BI and Excel, and collaborates with Automation, Digital & Technology to advance data visibility and reporting efficiency. A focus on sustaining lean processes and metrics is essential.
In this role, the position holder will take responsibility to deploy and execute lean management and continuous improvement initiatives at the Singapore site and in achieving the plant's objectives.
Plan and implement lean deployment & structured continuous Improvements e.g.: Kaizen, DMAIC, VSM, 5S, SMED), monitor to track progress and ensure sustainability of results.
Provide technical advice and analytical support for site-level projects and solutions through facilitation of workshops using Lean and Six sigma methodologies.
Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) to track KPIs and operational performance, to analyze and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Automation, Digital & Technology stakeholders to implement digitalization, including data visibility enhancement and reporting efficiency.
Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset within operational teams.
Support and lead cross-functional teams in cost saving activities, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Meet Auditor’s requirements by ensuring Lean standards execution and ensure lean process flow documentations are properly maintained.
Verify and validate new lean process concepts and measure post-implementation results (Eg: Cell manufacturing).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma in a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
Foundational knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
Proficiency in - Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling), Power BI or equivalent visualization tools, SAP (basic functional knowledge)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of process mapping and statistical analysis tools.
Digital mindset with interest in automation and data-driven decision making.
Strong in communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
Structured, disciplined, and results oriented.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
Mental capacity to manage multiple priorities.
