Job summary

Michelman is seeking aMaintenance Technician to support the production floor and office areas in Singapore. The role collaborates with the Maintenance team to perform repairs, preventive tasks, and utilities maintenance such as water treatment and boilers.

You will apply Permit to Work and coordinate with external contractors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, plus proficiency with CMMS for

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in plant maintenance operations.
Technical degree or certification preferred.
Experience with motors, VFDs, starters, power supplies and transformers is desirable.

Responsibilities

Partner with Maintenance team to execute maintenance and repair works for equipment on the shop floor and in offices.
Repair and maintain plant utilities including water treatment and boilers.
Apply Permit to Work for maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external contractors ensuring safety and compliance.
Maintain inventory of critical spare parts for repairs.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions using manuals and diagnostics.
