Job summary

You will install and move equipment, perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks, check for leaks and mould, attend to urgent breakdowns, and keep records of repairs while coordinating with specialists when needed.

Responsibilities

• Check, service and maintain equipment regularly.
• Find and fix problems with equipment, fittings and facilities.
• Repair or replace broken parts and damaged items.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing and general repair work.
• Install and move equipment, racks, shelves and fittings.
• Handle painting, patching, sealing and touch-up work.
• Check for leaks, mould and damage, and take action early.
• Attend to urgent breakdowns and help prevent problems from happening again.
• Keep records of repairs and maintenance, and arrange specialist servicing when needed.
