Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on GMP experience in regulated food production.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and GFSI standards.
• Experience with process scale-up and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Support scale-up of plant-based products from lab to commercial manufacturing.
• Facilitate technical transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and GFSI standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for cost efficiency.
