Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a role focused on strategic planning and engagement tracking to enhance inter-religious relations and social cohesion. You will coordinate horizon scans, monitor engagement targets, and develop IT tools to support follow-up with stakeholder groups.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Public Policy or related fields, with experience in policy work and programme coordination, and are proficient in IT tracking tools.

Qualifications

About the Role

You'll track key engagement targets, develop initiatives to help achieve them, and build IT tools to monitor and follow up on stakeholder engagements - bringing structure and visibility to how engagement efforts are planned and measured.

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning

• Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of community engagement efforts with religious organisations
• Track key engagement targets and develop initiatives to achieve desired outcomes

Engagement Tracking & Tools

• Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements

Cross-Functional Support

• Assist with capability development and partnership initiatives relating to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, crisis preparedness for religious organisations, and multiculturalism

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in strategic planning, programme coordination, or policy work preferred
