is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to proactively engage and foster partnerships with community partners and religious organisations to promote inter-religious understanding and resilience. You will plan, implement, and continuously improve programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness; build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, vendors, and stakeholders; and develop training and engagement initiatives covering emergency response

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Community Engagement and Programme Outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness across religious organisations.
• Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support programme delivery and sector preparedness.
• Develop and coordinate training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives covering emergency response, contingency planning, psychological resilience, and related areas.
• Manage programme operations, communications, stakeholder engagement, publicity, microsite content, databases, registrations, and training records.
• Track programme performance through data, feedback analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of engagement and preparedness initiatives.
• Contribute to national security, resilience, and social cohesion objectives by strengthening the religious sector's preparedness, coordination, and crisis response capabilities.

• Basic up to $4,300 per month + Bonuses


• 2-year contract, subject to renewal


• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Drive the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness across religious organisations.


• Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support programme delivery and sector preparedness.


• Develop and coordinate training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives covering emergency response, contingency planning, psychological resilience, and related areas.


• Manage programme operations, communications, stakeholder engagement, publicity, microsite content, databases, registrations, and training records.

Who we are looking for

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in Community Engagement and Programme Outreach.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders.
