Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to support community initiatives and build meaningful partnerships in Singapore. This is a 2-year contract with bonuses (up to 3 months) and a monthly salary of up to SGD 4,300.

Working location is Central, Monday to Friday, with hours subject to operational needs. The role focuses on engaging religious and community organisations, developing community initiatives, coordinating programmes and events, and evaluating engagement

Responsibilities

• Engage religious and community organisations to build strong partnerships and communication channels.
• Develop and implement community initiatives that support the needs of religious and community-based organisations.
• Build stakeholder partnerships with government agencies, grassroots organisations and private entities to promote social cohesion.
• Coordinate programmes and events under the Racial and Religious Circles, including dialogues, learning journeys and national events.
• Evaluate and support engagement initiatives, including Harmony Fund administration, to improve the effectiveness and impact of community engagement.

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience working with community groups; experience with NGOs, VWOs or government agencies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with good spoken and written English; proficiency in mother tongue languages/dialects is an advantage.
• Strong data, financial and Microsoft Office skills.
• Positive, adaptable and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Passionate about building and strengthening community relationships and comfortable working with stakeholders and volunteers.
