Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a role focused on strategic planning and engagement tracking to enhance inter-religious relations and social cohesion. You will coordinate horizon scans, monitor engagement targets, and develop IT tools to support follow-up with stakeholder groups.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Public Policy or related fields, with experience in policy work and programme coordination, and are proficient in IT tracking tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in strategic planning, programme coordination, or policy work preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate targets into actionable initiatives.
Familiarity with IT tools or systems for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic planning and horizon scans of community engagement efforts with religious organisations.
Track key engagement targets and develop initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements.
Assist with capability development and partnership initiatives relating to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, and crisis preparedness for religious organisations.
