Job summary

NIPPON BUILDERS PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to oversee master construction programmes, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will track progress, allocate resources, and identify risks, while working with directors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with local main contractors.
• Proficiency in scheduling software Primavera P6 and BIM tools like Revit/Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master construction programmes and detailed schedules to guide project execution
• Track daily and weekly site progress to identify delays early and implement recovery plans to maintain project timelines
• Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and heavy equipment efficiently across all project phases to optimize resource utilization
• Communicate effectively with project directors, clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and regulatory authorities such as BCA, MOM, NEA, and URA to ensure alignment and compliance
• Identify potential technical or timeline risks, propose engineering solutions, and support delay claims or contractual compliance to mitigate project risks
