Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled construction planner to develop and manage project programmes from design through commissioning.

You will create baseline schedules, updates, and progress monitoring for building works, M&E systems, and process facilities, coordinating with clients and teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, 3+ years in construction planning, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in construction planning for building-related facilities and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, including developing schedules, coordinating with clients, and reporting progress.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and construction methodologies.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project programmes, including baseline schedules, updates, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and control project work schedules for building works, M&E systems, and process systems from design through commissioning.
• Estimate activity durations and resource requirements for key construction works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Prepare technical submissions for tender proposals.
• Coordinate site planning activities, work scheduling, and monitor project implementation progress.
• Develop and manage RI/TOP schedules and oversee project handover.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
