Job summary

JET RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Construction Planner to lead the development and control of project programmes for underground railway projects in Singapore. You will manage baselines, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure schedules align with project milestones.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction planning, a Civil Engineering degree, and hands-on Primavera experience to drive timely design, construction, testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction planning and programme coordination for underground railway projects.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education qualifications.
• Experience in Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overall programmes for ongoing projects and tenders, baseline management, and progress updates.
• Develop and control the Project Work Schedule from design to testing and commissioning.
• Prepare acceleration and As-built programmes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and EOT claims.
• Site planning, work scheduling, and monitoring progress of site implementation.
• Plan site activities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
