Job summary

China Railway 11 Bureau Group Corporation (Singapore Branch) seeks a skilled Construction Planning professional to develop and monitor schedules aligned with contract dates for timely delivery.

You will prepare baseline programmes, 6-month look-ahead, 3-month, and 4-week rolling schedules, and coordinate CIP programmes to support milestones. Experience on large railway projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel for construction planning and programme management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules aligned with contract completion dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and update baseline programmes, 6-month look-ahead, 3-month, and 4-week rolling schedules for effective project tracking.
• Create and coordinate CIP programmes with SWCs to support project milestones.
• Develop revised baseline and recovery programmes to address major schedule slippages and maintain project timelines.
• Prepare monthly progress reports including Progress S-curves to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client planners on programme and progress issues to align project objectives.
• Liaise with departments and project teams to integrate relevant information into project schedules for accurate implementation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency.
• Maintain detailed records of significant events relevant to contractual claims to support project documentation.
