Job summary

Robin Village Development Pte. Ltd. is seeking a civil/structural engineer or planner to support precast production and material management on multiple projects in Singapore.

You will manage shop drawings, prepare production lists, monitor material usage, and maintain accurate records in Globe 3 system. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with preferrably precast industry experience and strong MS Office skills; you’ll collaborate with drafting,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list.
• Prepare mould grouping and coordinate with contract department and mould suppliers.
• Prepare database for all precast components and update material data from QS.
• Prepare Monthly Production List (MPL) and monitor according to main contractor site requirements.
• Monitor actual usage of materials against contract quantity and feedback to plant manager/production engineer in-charge.
• Monitor & update the production records in Globe 3 system.
• Ensure material planning as per production schedule and update material records.
• Order, monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
• Responsible for all material orders, precast components cast and delivered quantity for projects (4-5 projects).
• Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.

• To monitor the actual usage of materials against the contract quantity and feedback to plant manager/production engineer in-charge.
• Monitor & update the production records in the database/Globe 3 system.
• Ensure material planning as per production schedule and update all material records.
• To order, monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
• Responsible for all material orders, precast components cast and delivered quantity for the assigned projects (4-5 projects depends on project size).
• Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Precast industry experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office tools
