Job summary

ROBIN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a data entry and planning support assistant to help planning engineers, manage shop drawings, and maintain material data. You will coordinate with the drafting team and QS to ensure accurate records and timely updates.

The role requires daily updates of production and stock records, preparation of weekly/monthly reports, and compiling QC documents for contractor submissions. Strong organisational skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry, planning support, or administrative work preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Good organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Planning engineers with documentation tasks.
• Receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list.
• Prepare Excel database for all precast components and update material data from Quantity Surveyor.
• Monitor and update production records in the database daily.
• Monitor and maintain stock records for main contractor supply materials.
• Handle material orders for several projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production, delivery, and material usage reports.
• Compile QC documents to submit to main contractor/RTO on a weekly or monthly basis.
