Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Materials Planner to drive MRP runs in SAP, coordinate with Purchasing, and optimize material flow across the production cycle. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Warehouse and Store teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Manufacturing or related field and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong Excel and SAP skills to resolve capacity

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in SAP and coordinate with Purchasing for on-time material acquisition.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize material flow through production stages.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Store teams on material availability, ordering, receipt, and fulfillment.
• Maintain daily sales/production order listings with updated arrival dates and review inputs to align with schedules.
• Analyze capacity constraints and resolve material shortages using SAP data.

  MRP & Procurement: Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs in SAP and partner with Purchasing to ensure on-time material acquisition.

  Production Scheduling: Plan, monitor, and optimize material flow through all stages of the production cycle.

  Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Store teams to coordinate material availability, ordering, receipt, and order fulfillment.

  Data & Order Tracking: Maintain daily sales/production order listings with updated arrival dates and review inputs to align with schedules.

  Issue Resolution: Proactively analyze capacity constraints, resolve material shortages, and address delivery issues using SAP data.

  
  

Requirements

  Education: Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
