Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites applications for a Planner on a 1-2 year contract to support project planning, scheduling and controls within the north and west areas of Singapore.

You will develop baselines, track progress with cross‑functional teams, and prepare dashboards and reports to facilitate timely decision making. This contract role suits engineers with 2–5 years planning experience in EPC or semiconductor sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or eqv.
• 2–5 years of planning/scheduling experience in EPC or semiconductor environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain project schedules under supervision.
• Ensure data accuracy and support reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify deviations and flag risks to the team.
• Support project controls/documentation.

Job description

Planner - Contract 1-2years

• Support Project Planning & Scheduling activities by developing, updating and maintaining project schedules under supervision.
• Contribution to data accuracy, reporting and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Develop & Maintain baseline and working schedules using approved planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6 ideally)
• Update project progress based on outputs from engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify basic schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays to team.
• Support data collection, validation and documentation for Project controls / reporting purposes.

• Degree in Engineering or eqv
• 2-5years of related experience in planning/scheduling preferably from EPC envionment or semicon industries
