Job summary

OMEGA 365 SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to develop and manage schedules for LNG/oil & gas construction projects. The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills and extensive site planning experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities include data consolidation, risk analysis, and delivering regular progress reports with dashboard visuals. Diploma holders with 7+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of construction/LNG/Oil & Gas project experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across lifecycle.
• Integrate data from multiple stakeholders for accurate planning and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify risks, critical path, delays; propose mitigations.
• Estimate duration, manpower, equipment, and resource needs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and management presentations; Power BI dashboards.
• Use MS Office to analyze performance, monitor KPIs, and generate reports.
• Prepare tender planning docs: schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms.
• Conduct site planning and coordinate with teams to follow the schedule.
• Prepare EOT claims, delay analysis, and supporting docs.

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.

• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives.

• Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage.

• Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs, and generate management reports.

• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning.

• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.

• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years related experiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
