Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Information Security Operations Analyst to support cryptographic operations, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management within a banking environment. You will safeguard encryption, manage keys and certificates, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure operations.

The role offers hands-on experience with cryptography, PKI, and enterprise security procedures, with potential after-hours support as needed to maintain security posture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of information security experience in PKI, certificate management, or related areas.
• Experience in banking/regulated environment advantageous.
• Solid understanding of encryption fundamentals and TLS/SSH protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support data encryption, cryptographic technologies, and key management processes.
• Support enterprise encryption solutions and security controls in accordance with established security standards and industry best practices.
• Administer SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, including CSR generation, certificate issuance, renewal, deployment, and revocation.
• Support the issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates across supported platforms and applications.
• Maintain cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and related security infrastructure.
• Support HSMs, key management systems, and enterprise data protection solutions.
• Perform operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident support relating to cryptographic and certificate services.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inventories, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, vendor, and business teams to coordinate certificate and cryptographic-related activities.
• Support security administration and maintenance activities outside normal business hours when required, including weekends and late-night maintenance windows.
• Ensure activities are performed in accordance with internal security policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
