Job summary

INTELLIMATICZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operation Analyst within Security Engineering to administer and support the cryptographic key and certificate infrastructure, covering SSL/TLS lifecycle and day-to-day key management.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operation Analyst within Security Engineering, you administer and support the cryptographic key and certificate infrastructure, covering the full SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle and day-to-day key management activities in line with established security standards.

• Administer and support the SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, including CSR generation, certificate issuance, renewal, deployment and revocation activities.
• Support the issuance, renewal and revocation of digital certificates for supported platforms.
• Maintain and support cryptographic keys, certificates and related security infrastructure in accordance with established security standards and procedures.

Key Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• Cryptography knowledge. Experience in data encryption, cryptographic technologies and key management practices, with a good understanding of encryption methodologies, security controls and industry best practices for data protection.
• Security protocols. Knowledge of cryptographic principles, digital certificates and security protocols such as TLS and SSH.
• Analytical skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with a process-oriented approach and attention to detail.
• Good communicator. Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey technical information clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Stakeholder management. Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities, able to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with vendors and external parties.
• Administrative knowledge. Relevant administrative and industry knowledge, including record-keeping and documentation practices.
• Flexibility. Willing to support security administration activities outside normal working hours, including weekends and late-night maintenance windows.

Good to have:

• Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems and enterprise data protection solutions.
