Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Key Manager for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) & Certificate Operations in Singapore. The role supports CA operations, certificate lifecycle activities, governance, and audit readiness within a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with security, engineering, compliance and operations teams to maintain trust in CA services. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3+ years in technology operations, cybersecurity, or PKI, with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in technology operations, cybersecurity, PKI, identity management, infrastructure administration, compliance, or governance
• Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PKI, certificate management, IAM, PAM, systems administration, network security, cryptography, security compliance, IT governance
• Experience maintaining operational procedures, audit documentation, SOPs, or governance records
• Familiarity with change management and process-controlled environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with experience in PKI administration, digital certificates, certificate lifecycle management, CA operations, HSMs, key management, CyberArk, IAM, AD CS, WebTrust audits, ISO 27001, ITIL, information security governance

Responsibilities

• PKI & Certificate Operations: support CA operations and PKI-related processes; manage certificate and cryptographic key lifecycle activities; participate in key generation, ceremonies, issuance, renewal, revocation, archival
• Governance & Compliance: maintain CPS, CP, procedures; ensure WebTrust, CA/Browser Forum compliance; support audits with evidence gathering; maintain logs and audit trails
• Process Improvement: review and improve operational controls, workflows, governance processes; identify opportunities for security, efficiency, resilience; participate in change management and risk management
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with security, compliance, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams; coordinate with auditors, regulators, customers, external partners; serve as trained backup for critical responsibilities
