Job summary

JAC Recruitment Singapore is seeking an Assistant Key Manager to support PKI, CA operations, and governance within a global cybersecurity framework. The role emphasizes certificate lifecycle, compliance, and audit readiness, coordinating with security, engineering, and compliance teams.

You will participate in key ceremonies, maintain CPS/CP documentation, and help improve processes while acting as a backup for critical duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, InfoSec, or related field.
• 3–7 years in technology operations, cybersecurity, PKI, identity management, or governance.
• Experience in PKI/Certificate Management, IAM, PAM, or IT governance is preferred.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, governance records, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support CA operations and PKI-related processes.
• Assist in certificate and cryptographic key lifecycle activities.
• Participate in key generation, ceremonies, issuance, renewal, revocation and archival activities.
• Support controls around HSMs and sensitive cryptographic assets.
• Maintain documentation and assist in audits and regulatory compliance.
