Job summary

RUMEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated kitchen operative to prepare mise-en-place, craft pizzas, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced outlet.

You will follow FIFO, assist with stock, and maintain cleanliness. Training will be provided, and weekend/evening shifts are required with an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of F&B or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based).
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place accurately and ensure readiness before service.
• Pull, portion, and shape dough before conditioning for proofing.
• Assist with daily food production and batch preparation for the outlet.
• Craft high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to incoming orders.
• Brew and prepare coffee and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area.
• Perform stock taking and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Follow FIFO procedures for all ingredients and supplies.
• Assist in general kitchen operations and support team members where needed.
