Job summary

Hersing Culinary Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated kitchen teammate to support daily food production, prepare mise-en-place, and craft pizzas and other items to order. You will assist with stock, FIFO, and cleanliness.

Training will be provided, with weekends/evenings/holidays shift-based work and immediate start available. Join a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to high-quality outlet offerings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years F&B or kitchen experience is a plus
• Training will be provided
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based)
• Able to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Prepare all mise-en-place accurately and ensure readiness before service
• Pull, portion, and shape dough before conditioning for proofing
• Assist with daily food production and batch preparation for the outlet
• Craft high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to incoming orders
• Brew and prepare coffee and other beverage
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area
• Perform stock taking and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Follow First in First Out (FIFO) procedures for all ingredients and supplies
• Assist in general kitchen operations and support team members where needed
