Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled presentation designer to produce high-quality visuals for pitch books and marketing collateral.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling slides, enhance existing decks, and ensure accuracy and brand alignment in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. The role requires 4+ years in creative services, Adobe CC proficiency, and familiarity with print processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in creative services in a corporate environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe CC design apps.
• Experience proofreading presentations and knowledge of external print processes.
• GenAI usage knowledge in Firefly and Adobe CC apps.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in various formats including conceptual and layout designs.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging formats.
• Work as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy department producing pitch books and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with production of pitch book materials using MS Office and provide visual solutions.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand concepts and translate them visually.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and style guidelines with high accuracy.
• Propose creative ideas and trends aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure smooth handover with Presentations colleagues and design teams.
• Record detailed briefs for global designers and engage with clients for requirements.
