Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited in Singapore seeks a knowledgeable Planning & Scheduling Lead to plan and execute trade tasks on shipbuilding and repair projects. You will prepare micro schedules, manhour loading, materials take-off, and monitor work to ensure safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with foremen, engineers, and contractors, conducting risk analyses, and leading toolbox talks to minimize hazards and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant shipyard planning experience.
• Ability to read technical specifications and work instructions.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand technical specs and prepare job lists and schedules.
• Plan materials take-off and manpower for yard workers and contractors.
• Prepare permits to work and conduct risk analyses.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure safety and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with SRM, engineers, and project managers to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping and submit progress reports.
