Job summary

FIVE M CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a piping QAQC inspector to perform on-site inspections of piping works—covering fit-up, welding, installation, and fabrication—and to ensure compliance with project specifications and QAQC standards.

You will review WPS, PQR and welding documents, prepare QAQC reports and inspection records, and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and client inspectors to address issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in piping QAQC at construction/project sites.
• Knowledge of welding inspection and piping standards.
• Able to read technical drawings and isometric drawings.
• Relevant certification (e.g. CSWIP / AWS) is preferred.
• Responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection of piping works (fit-up, welding, installation, fabrication).
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, and QAQC standards.
• Review WPS, PQR, and welding documents.
• Prepare and maintain QAQC reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and client inspector.
