Job summary

Mooreast Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Welding Inspector for QA/QC to oversee welding processes, material verification, fit-up, and visual inspection, ensuring compliance with international codes and ISO standards.

You will review WPS/PQR, coordinate with clients and TPI, log inspection points, track weld quality, and report imperfections. Requires 5+ years in steel/piping QC, PCN/CWI, MPI/UT/RT/PT certifications, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITE in Quality Assurance and PCN 3.1 or 3.2 certified welding inspector / AWS CWI.
• Equipped with valid certification - MPI, UT, RT, PT etc.
• Field of study: Project Quality Control by recognized bodies.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project quality control activities involving steel structures and piping fabrications.
• Strong working experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing) and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conversant with international codes and standards, including ISO standards.

• To attend and resolve all QA related matters
• Any other job concerning QAQC department assigned from the Senior Management/ General Managers.
