Job summary

HANWHA OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a piping insulation supervisor in Singapore to oversee insulation works on oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction projects.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment with drawings and specs. The role requires strong planning, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in piping insulation works within oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction industries.
• Good understanding of piping drawings, specifications, and insulation materials.
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of project documentation, material control, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate piping insulation works per project specs, drawings, and schedules.
• Review project requirements and prepare technical documents, method statements, and submissions.
• Liaise with clients, engineering teams, fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Manage material take-off (MTO), procurement, material delivery, and insulation progress.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and project specs.
• Train and guide team members on procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate work priorities and completion sequences with relevant departments.
• Prepare necessary project correspondence, instructions, and claims documentation when required.
