Job summary

GREAT OCEAN ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Piping & Thermal Insulation Supervisor to oversee installation and insulation work on industrial projects in Singapore.

You will supervise piping erection, testing, commissioning, and insulation on pipelines, vessels, tanks, and equipment. The role requires directing pipe fitters, insulators, welders, and helpers, conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings, and ensuring QA/QC compliance and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise piping installation activities including fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee thermal insulation works on pipelines, vessels, tanks, and equipment.
• Manage and direct teams of pipe fitters, insulators, welders, and helpers.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Conduct inspections of installed piping and insulation to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
