Job summary

INM Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Piping Supervisor to oversee piping and construction activities at project sites in Singapore. You will ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to schedule, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering/Construction and at least 3 years of piping or construction supervision experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering/Construction required.
At least 3 years of piping or construction supervision experience.
Good knowledge of piping installation, construction methods, and site coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
Familiarity with Singapore construction and WSH regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily piping and construction works on site.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure piping installation is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Prepare daily work progress reports and attend site meetings.
Support project completion within the planned schedule.
