Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Chemical, Food, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in process engineering or manufacturing operations in F&B.
• Knowledge of process optimisation, lean methods and HACCP/ISO 22000.

Responsibilities

• Operate pilot plant processing, filling and packing for trials and commercial runs.
• Ensure manpower, equipment and materials are ready with GMP and SOP compliance.
• Support equipment installation, qualification and production commissioning.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections and calibration with Engineering.
• Review workplace safety assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage packaging inventory, SOPs and operational documentation.
• Collect and analyse process data to improve planning and minimise disruptions.
