Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking a Process Engineer to join our West Singapore operations on a 1-year direct contract. You will operate Pilot Plant processes, ensure GMP compliance and support packaging, scale-up prototypes and coordinate with engineering teams.

The role requires a minimum engineering degree and at least 2 years of process engineering or manufacturing operations experience, preferably in food and beverage. Mon-Fri office hours, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in food and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Pilot Plant processes (process/fill/pack) to meet targets.
• Assist design, installation and qualification of new or modified equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering team (breakdowns, preventive maintenance, PE inspections, calibration).
• Review Pilot Plant safety and risk assessments; maintain safety culture.
• Participate in production commissioning projects of other units.
• Manage packaging material inventory and area housekeeping.
• Establish/ review Pilot Plant SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Set up data collection to plan trials with minimal disruption.
• Undertake other assignments as directed by superior.
