Qualifications

• Prior experience in client service or administrative roles.

• Interest in fitness, particularly Pilates, is a plus.
• Availability for a 5-day work week, including at least two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• General Administrative Duties: manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence; handle billing inquiries; maintain client database; coordinate scheduling and daily operations; oversee mail and office supplies.
• Sales & RetailSupport: maintain stocked retail area; receive stock and deliveries; promote studio products and services.

Responsibilities

General Administrative Duties

• Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
• Handle daily transactions and client inquiries related to billing and accounts.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and build strong rapport.
• Oversee incoming mail, faxes, and courier arrangements; manage office supplies.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Register new clients and maintain an up-to-date client database.
• Act as a liaison between clients and staff for scheduling and appointment tracking.

Sales & RetailSupport

• Maintain a well-stocked and neatly displayed retail area.
• Receive stock and deliveries while managing inventory.
• Assist in selling and promoting studio products and services.
