We focus on small-group sessions and personalized coaching in a community-focused setting. As operations are handled by the studio, you can concentrate on teaching Reformer and Tower classes, private sessions, and fostering client wellness while maintaining a flexible freelance schedule. Qualifications

Experience teaching Reformer and Tower Pilates is preferred.
Available for morning and/or evening slots; flexible schedule.
Freelance instructors welcome; full-time/part-time possible.
Strong communication and enthusiasm for client wellness.

Responsibilities

Lead Dynamic Group Classes: Reformer and Tower classes with a max of 6 students.
Guide Private Sessions: Lead 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 sessions and tailor programming.
Ensure Safety and Form: Provide verbal cues and hands-on adjustments for proper alignment.
Foster a Positive Community: Build client relationships and ensure motivation and support.
Enhance Client Wellness: Improve flexibility, posture, and strength using props.
Program Engaging Routines: Design safe, creative sequences for all levels.
