Job summary

AAC Technologies in Singapore seeks a MEMS research engineer to lead the structural design and simulation optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices. You will work closely with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to contribute to system development and ensure robust performance.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, plus the ability to support projects through reliability testing, failure analysis, and continual improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree or above.
• Entry level or with similar research experience will be considered.
• Those with at least 5 years of R&D experience in the piezoelectric MEMS industry will be highly preferred.
• Proficient in MEMS product development tools including simulation and layout software.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; cross-team collaboration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for structural design and simulation optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices.
• Collaborate with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to participate in system development of piezoelectric MEMS.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in product reliability evaluation, failure analysis, and improvement for piezoelectric MEMS devices.
• Engage in market analysis, competitor research, and patent portfolio planning related to piezoelectric MEMS technology.
