Job summary

AAC Technologies in Singapore is seeking a quality and test engineer focused on semiconductor devices. You will develop test solutions for MEMS/IC devices, ensure conformity to design specs and quality standards, and analyze yield/test data to identify trends and troubleshoot issues.

You will collaborate with design, process, and product teams to resolve test-related challenges, stay updated on probe test technologies, and prepare detailed reports for cross-functional review.

Qualifications

• Strong communication to convey requirements and drive supplier alignment.
• Anomaly handling to contain issues quickly with minimal impact.
• Strict adherence to product standards and company requirements.
• Problem analysis to assess risks and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Report writing for 8D/CAR/FMEA with logical structure.
• Strong Mandarin to coordinate with China suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead resolution and closed-loop quality management.
• Fast learner and ability to interpret new product requirements.
