Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Test MEMS/IC devices to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Analyze yield and test data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test-related challenges.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in probe test technologies.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Identify potential abnormal risks in quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Conduct risk identification and closed-loop management using QC tools and 8D/5M1E/5W2H.
