Job summary

Physiotherapist - WEST #HHL

Location: Queenstown

Up to $6,000/month

Weekdays + 0.5 Saturday shift (once every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy and implement appropriate treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
  • Ensure accurate charging of patients and regular updating of performance statistics.
  • Comply with established clinical and service standards.
  • Supervise and guide Therapist Assistants on clinical attachment.
  • Support the induction and orientation of new physiotherapists in the team.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary discussions.
  • Assist and/or co-lead in departmental projects and service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory.
  • Review and update clinical protocols, SOPs, and best practice guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development, promotion, and marketing of new clinical services.
  • Participate in in-service training, educational talks, workshops, and seminars.
  • Actively pursue professional development to stay updated with the latest physiotherapy knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Min Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Min. 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented, patient-focused, and a strong team player.
