Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the relevant professional board (e.g., Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in community or eldercare settings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and falls risk.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessments.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility and physical function.
• Provide gait training, strengthening, balance training, and fall prevention programmes.
• Conduct individual and group exercise sessions.
• Conduct training on the use of mobility aids and assistive devices.
• Develop and implement physical rehabilitation and exercise programmes.
• Adapt exercises based on client functional level.
• Support centre-based active ageing and mobility programmes.
