Job summary

ECON Healthcare (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver holistic, person-centered care to residents in a residential setting. The role targets mobility, strength, balance, and independence for residents with frailty, neuro conditions and dementia.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical quality, safety, and engagement-driven rehabilitation outcomes through functional therapies and group activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy with AHPC registration.
• Experience in geriatrics or neuro conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess mobility, balance, strength, and falls risk in residents.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for mobility and function.
• Apply dementia-sensitive approaches to enhance participation and safety.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions and integrate into daily routines.
• Collaborate with Therapy, Nursing and Social Services teams for holistic care.
• Support audits, quality improvement and safety standards.
