The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring two Physiotherapists in Singapore to deliver comprehensive assessments and personalised intervention plans. You will work across home rehab and community settings, focusing on strength, balance and mobility improvements.

Responsibilities include client education, documentation of progress, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a physiotherapy degree or diploma and be fully registered with the AHP in Singapore.

Competenze

Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Mansioni

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional, and mobility status.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
Supervise therapy assistants
Participate in clinical student placement
Participate in internal training
To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
