Job summary

SASCO SENIOR CITIZENS' HOME is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to deliver client-centred services in home and community settings. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
