Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Physiotherapist to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.

You will provide evidence-based therapy to enhance strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency, while educating clients and caregivers on safe mobility. The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and supervision of therapy assistants.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapist with relevant degree and registration.
• Ability to assess clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Great communication with clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans based on clinical findings and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic client care.
• Supervise therapy assistants and participate in clinical student placements.

Salary: $3000 - $5500
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm
Reporting Location: Alexandra Rd (Labrator Park MRT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and
• movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
