Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Physiotherapist to perform comprehensive assessments and craft individualised rehabilitation plans. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, educate clients and caregivers, and document progress meticulously.

The position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to supervise therapy staff across diverse settings, including Home Rehab and care facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent

Salary: $3000 - $5500
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm
Reporting Location: Alexandra Rd (Labrator Park MRT)
