Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join a client-focused health care team in Singapore.

The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, designing individualized intervention plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and function. You will educate clients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across settings such as home rehab and community care.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement and internal training.
• Provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
